What's Going On?

FLAARE is offering 30 ambitious youth workers the chance to join a 3-month impact accelerator. This experience is brought to you by FLAARE (a community youth brand) and Avanade (a tech consulting company).

The accelerator will run from March through to June, with a reunion session in September/October 2025.

You can expect:
6 sessions focused on personal and professional development
6 personal coaching sessions
Great networking experiences with other youth workers and professionals from other industries!

This programme requires full attendance to 2 in person session and full attendance to online sessions in March – June 2025.
